Micah Boughman, the head smith at The Master’s Smith . He is a follower of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. The fall of 2018 forged him into a great Smith because of the hard tim he went through. He almost quit Blacksmithing but instead took a break but came out stronger!
Micah Boughman is a Cheraw (Lumbee)Indian, descendant of Chief John of the Cheraw’s in the 1700’s. He spends time with the elders and has had experience as an archaeology intern at a site of a village of his ancestors.He is connected to the tribal community and his family in Robeson County where the tribe resides.
Micah Boughman has been working with metal since 2014. has earned his master smiths title in AIBS. He is a student of Dr.Lynwood Jacob’s, the director of AIBS , who has worked with metal for over 70 years.He is one of two Mastersmith’s in the world who have been trusted with a secret thousands of years old.
